^Do you think a store like this could succeed in Middletown?

There are certainly a number of spaces that could host such a store. Heck, imagine if whole houses and buildings, instead of being demolished, were entirely salvaged and every loose end came to the old Target store on University for sale.

Yes I do..
All you really need is a big old empty building with a good roof that doesn't leak.
Then you build an office to hold your computer files and that's all you really need to heat unless you have a stripping room.
The key to this type of business is to computorize your inventory so you will know how many, what size you have of each item and where it is located in the building.
