Beggar's Night Changed!
Tuesday, October 12, 2004 8:51:25 PM - Middletown Ohio
Monroe City Council decided Tuesday night to move Beggar's Night from Sunday, October 31 to Saturday, October 30 due to requests from citizens and to coordinate trick-or-treat nights with surrounding communities.  Trick-or-treat hours will remain 5:30 to 7:00 PM.
