Diversity is not only black, it is also socio-economic status, ethnic, and cultural among many other factors. He only sees color or "race" what is "race" does he even know? But, the only thing he sees when he speaks to council or the school board is the fact that there are no black members there. But, everyone one of those people bring a form of diversity to the table. They are all from different backgrounds. People like him are some of the major factors that are affected the improvement of our city. When you see race you don't see improvement. |
