To register for the luncheon and golf or just for the luncheon, call the Chamber office at 422-4551 or visit the chamber website at www.mmvchamber.org. Lunch begins at 11:30 am. Golf begins at 1:30 pm and will finish with barbeque and prizes at 4:30 pm.

The EMMY award-winning television anchor and reporter is seen on the 5, 5:30 and 11 p.m. broadcasts on Channel 7. Winner of the Associated Press Best Documentary award, Ms. Jordan has repeatedly been named Best Anchor in her television market area by viewers. Her assignments have included covering the war-torn nation of Bosnia in 1996, as well as many other sensational stories and interviews with stars and national figures.

Besides her accomplishments in news broadcasting, she works tirelessly to help battered women and children and helps to establish strong trade and humanitarian ties between the U.S. and Bosnia.

Ms. Jordan is just as comfortable competing for an athletic prize as a news story. Her trophy case includes awards for tennis and racquetball, a bronze medal in NASTAR ski racing and the 1996 Women’s Golf Championship in Springboro. She and her husband Stephen, an expert in management consulting, teach a Sunday School class for young marrieds.
