General Overview: Executives will learn the skills to communicate the intent and benefits of a Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949:2002, QS-9000/TE, AS9100, ISO 13485:2002). You will be able to determine the next steps towards a cost-effective implementation. You will also gain skills to successfully lead the facilitation of a QMS & upgrades.
