(a) Purchase of highway rock salt from Morton Salt in the amount of $61.80 a ton for the approximate usage of 4,000 tons over the 2011-2012 winter season.

3. Resolution No. R2011-14, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2011. (Renaissance North TIF Fund & Renaissance South TIF Fund) (Second Reading)
4. Resolution No. R2011-15, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2011. (Various Funds) (Second Reading)
5. Resolution No. R2011-16, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2011. (Neighborhood Stabilization Program Fund) (Second Reading)
6. Resolution No. R2011-17, a resolution declaring it necessary to levy a tax in excess of the ten mill limitation for the purpose to supplement the General Fund for the purpose of making appropriations for public health as set forth in Ohio Revised Code Section 5705.191, and submitting the question of levying such a tax to the electors of the City of Middletown, Ohio, at the election on November 8, 2011, in accordance with Section 5705.191 of Ohio Revised Code. (Second Reading)
7. Resolution NO. R2011-18, a resolution declaring it necessary to add decorative street lighting within the historic district on South Main Street, approving the plans, specifications, estimates of costs and profiles of the same and declaring an emergency.
8. Resolution No. R2011-19, a resolution requesting the Butler County Auditor and Warren County Auditor to certify to the City of Middletown, Ohio, the total current tax valuation of the City and the dollar amount of revenue that would be generated by a one-half mill levy upon real property within the corporate limits of the City for the purposes set forth in Ohio Revised Code Sections 5705.19(Y) and declaring an emergency.

9. Resolution No. R2011-20, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2011. (Municipal Garage Fund) (First Reading)
10. Ordinance No. O2011-30, an ordinance amending Chapter 1460 (Board of Appeals) of the codified ordinances. (First Reading)
