The top three issues the city is facing according to candidate Mulligan are:

Roads and infrastructure
Jobs and Economic Development
Financial Oversight of City

Also, being on council requires, "a commitment to serve the citizens of Middletown to the best of our ability, to provide the services they need, to be fiscally responsible for the dollars they entrust us and serve out that mission to the best of our ability."

Did someone misplace the article about Merrell Wood's mayoral run? Just seems a little odd that Mulligan and Becker's video is on here as well as a photo-op at Middfest of Lalisa Lawrence. Isn't this the tribeca that the "old boy's club" is touting? Help me out here Mr. Beagle.

We at Rumford Productions are willing to shoot five minutes of anyone with a comment about the city or issues for posting here free of charge. All you have to do is make an appointment with us.
