LEGISLATION
 

1. Ordinance No. O2010-23, an ordinance authorizing the city manager to enter into a contract or contracts to acquire and dispose of certain real property located at 1607 Central Avenue in exchange for the acquisition of 1316 Vail Drive. (2nd reading)
 

2. Ordinance No. O2010-35, an ordinance adopting the 2009 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code and amending Chapter 1486 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Middletown. (2nd reading)
 

3. Resolution No. R2010-09, a resolution consenting to and authorizing an amendment to the Liberty Township Joint Economic Development District contract to add territory to the District. (2nd reading)
 

4. Resolution No R2010-10, a resolution declaring the intent of the City of Middletown to appropriate a fee simple interest and temporary easement in certain real property owned by Paul Egelston being a portion of Lot Number 11295. (2nd reading)
 

5. Resolution No R2010-11, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2010, (General Fund). (2nd reading)
 

6. Resolution No. R2010-12, a resolution authorizing a contract with Midd-Town Custom Cabinet Co. for purchase of certain real property located at 1316 Vail Drive. (2nd reading)
 

7. Resolution No. R2010-13, a resolution confirming that the City of Middletown has authority over sewer utilities at the project site (Design Properties IX LLC) which is the subject of a Job Ready Sites Grant Application. (1st reading)
 

8. Resolution No. R2010-14, a resolution confirming that the City of Middletown has authority over sewer utilities at the project site (North Pointe Technical & Research Centre) which is the subject of a Job Ready Sites Grant Application. (1st reading)
