II. LEGISLATION

1. Resolution No. R2009-39, a resolution authorizing the filing of applications for CY 2010 with the Ohio Department of Transportation for grants under the Ohio Public Transportation Grant Program. (2nd Reading)

2. Resolution No. R2009-40, a resolution authorizing the filing of an application with the Department of Transportation, United States of America, for a grant under the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964, as amended. (2nd Reading)

3. Ordinance No. O2009-92, an ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of a $2,056,916 Industrial Development Revenue Note for the purpose of acquiring certain property known as the Bender Tract, providing the security for such note. (2nd Reading)

4. Ordinance No. O2009-93, an ordinance amending Chapter 1416 (licensing of installers); Chapter 1422 (licensing of electricians); Chapter 1428 (licensing of plumbers); and Chapter 1430 (licensing of underground utilities contractors). (2nd Reading)

5. Ordinance No. O2009-94, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing an amendment to a contract with SK Construction Company for a segment of the Great Connection Bike Path and declaring an emergency.

6. Ordinance No. O2009-95, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing the lease of certain real property located at Hook Municipal Field to Start Skydiving, LLC and declaring an emergency.

7. Ordinance No. O2009-96, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing an amendment to a contract with Barrett Paving for improvement to Breiel Boulevard and declaring an emergency.

8. Ordinance No. O2009-97, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract with Harrell's for the purchase of golf course chemicals and declaring an emergency.

9. Resolution No. R2009-41, a resolution authorizing transfers of the various funds and declaring an emergency.

10. Resolution No. R2009-42, a resolution authorizing a contract with Apostle of River of Power Ministries for the purchase of certain real property located at 1325 Central Avenue and declaring an emergency.

11. Ordinance No. O2009-98, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract with O'Rourke Wrecking for the demolition of certain structures on Central Avenue and declaring an emergency.

12. Resolution No. R2009-43, a resolution declaring the intent and desire of City Council to demolish the downtown parking garage, instructing the City Manager to proceed and declaring an emergency.

13. Ordinance No. O2009-99, an ordinance authorizing a development agreement with Duncan Oil Company and declaring an emergency.

14. Resolution No. R2009-44, a resolution authorizing a contract with Darlene Dunlap for the purchase of certain real property located at 4406 Roosevelt Boulevard. (1st Reading)

15. Resolution No. R2009-45, a resolution authorizing a contract with Larry Donald Meadows and Eva Meadows for the purchase of certain real property located at 4408 Roosevelt Boulevard. (1st Reading)
16. Ordinance No. O2009-100, an ordinance enacting Chapter 835 of the codified ordinances of the City of Middletown establishing regulations for the operation of secondhand dealers and swap shops.(1st Reading)
