(1) a service body from K.E. Rose Co. in the amount of $22,850;

(d) Receive and file communication from Planning Commission to consider
 

recommendations to re-zone a parcel of land on Vanderveer Street from D-3 (Medium Density Dwelling District) to I-1 (Industrial Park District) Public hearing set for December 21, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.
 

(e) Receive and file communication from Planning Commission to consider
recommendations on zoning text amendment in Chapter 1272.04(a)(9) regarding obsolete or abandoned signs. Public hearing set for January 4, 2011 at 5:30 p.m.
 

(f) Proclamation: December 7, 2010 - Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day
 

8. MOTION AGENDA –
 

(a) To accept and award the bid tabulations authorizing purchases for a cab and chassis from Interstate Ford, Inc. in the amount of $26,635.
 

(b) To accept and award the bid tabulations authorizing purchases of a dump body from Ace Truck Body, Inc. of Grove City, Ohio in the amount of $58,547.
 

(c) To accept and award the bid tabulations authorizing purchases for Jail Food Service from ABL Management, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $131,846.
 

(d) To authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Reliant Enterprises, LLC for painting the University Boulevard bridge over the Norfolk Southern Railroad.
 

(e) To authorize the donation of a vacant city owned parcel to Tytus Avenue First Church of God.

1. Ordinance No. O2010-82, an ordinance approving an agreement with Steam Systems, Inc. providing for the expansion of a manufacturing facility as a development project and tax exemption pursuant to the State Urban Jobs and Enterprise Zone Program, and making determination in connection therewith and declaring an emergency. (First presented on November 16, 2010 and changed to emergency legislation)
 

2. Resolution No. R2010-39, a resolution authorizing the filing of an application with the Department of Transportation, United States of America, for a grant under the Federal Transit Administration Act of 1991, as amended. (2nd Reading)
 

3. Resolution No. R2010-40, a resolution authorizing the filing of applications for CY2011 with the Ohio Department of Transportation for grants under the Ohio Public Transportation Grant Program. (2nd Reading)
 

4. Ordinance No. O2010-83, an ordinance amending Chapter 626 (Fair Housing) of the codified ordinances. (2nd Reading)
 

5. Ordinance No. O2010-84, an ordinance amending Section 207.01(ADA Grievance Procedure) of the codified ordinances. (2nd Reading)
 

6. Ordinance No. O2010-85, an ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of a $2,056,916 Industrial Development Revenue Note for the purpose of acquiring certain property known as the Bender Tract, providing for the security for such a note. (2nd Reading)
 

7. Ordinance No. O2010-86, an ordinance vacating a portion of an alley between Yankee Road and Vanderveer Street north of Fifth Avenue. (2nd Reading)
 

8. Resolution No. R2010-41, a resolution authorizing the City Manger to file an application to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for an Ash Removal and Canopy Replacement Grant and declaring an emergency.
 

9. Resolution No. R2010-42, a resolution urging the Ohio General Assembly to reexamine and reconsider State laws limiting the ability of local governments to control personnel costs. (1st Reading)
 

10. Ordinance No. O2010-87, an ordinance amending Resolution No. R2010-19 establishing a Community Reinvestment Area (CRA). (1st Reading)
 

11. Ordinance No. O2010-88, an ordinance creating the Armbruster Nature Preserve. (1st Reading)
 

12. Ordinance No. O2010-89, an ordinance amending Chapters 1416 (Licensing of HVAC Contractors), 1422 (Licensing of Electricians), 1428 (Licensing of Plumbers) and 1430 (Licensing of Underground Utilities Contractors) of the codified ordinances. (1st Reading)
 

13. Ordinance No. O2010-90, an ordinance repealing Chapter 1068 (Parking Garage) of the codified ordinances. (1st Reading)
 

14. Resolution No. R2010-43, a resolution authorizing the transfers of the various funds and declaring an emergency. (No action requested until December 21, 2010.)
