II. LEGISLATION

1. Ordinance No. O2010-03, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract between the City and Marilyn Bunyard for the sale of City owned property and declaring an emergency.

2. Ordinance No. O2010-04, an ordinance authorizing a contract with Barrett Paving Materials for improvements to University Boulevard between Reinartz Boulevard and Breiel Boulevard and declaring an emergency.

3. Ordinance No. O2010-05, an ordinance authorizing a contract with Barrett Paving Materials for improvements to Sutphin Street between Central Avenue and Grand Avenue and declaring an emergency.

4. Ordinance No. O2010-06, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing acontract with Butler County Rapid Transit Authority for transit service between Middletown and Oxford. (1st Reading)

5. Ordinance No. O2010-07, an ordinance amending Section 1210.03 (Council on Landmarks and Historic District) of these Codified Ordinances. (1st Reading)

6. Ordinance No. O2010-08, an ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Local Project Authority Agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation for widening of a portion of Towne Boulevard. (1st Reading)

7. Ordinance No. O2010-09, an ordinance amending Section 1042.02 of the Middletown Codified Ordinances establishing water rates. (1st Reading)

8. Ordinance No. O2010-10, an ordinance amending the Backwater Prevention Assistance Program as adopted in Ordinance No. O2002-45. (1st Reading)

III. EXECUTIVE SESSION - Under the authority of O.R. C. 121.22(G) (4) Preparing for, conducting, or reviewing negotiations or bargaining sessions with public employees concerning their compensation or other terms and conditions of their employment.
