On Wednesday, October 14, 2009 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at the Middletown Senior Center located on Central Ave, city council member Tony Marconi will hold a town hall meeting for residents of the third ward. All though the meeting will be open for all those that wish to attend; it will be citizens from the third ward posing questions for council member Marconi.
Mr. Marconi told MiddletownUSA.com in a phone conversation yesterday evening that he was very excited to be opening these discussions with the residents of the third ward. He went on to say that if reelected he plans to have more of these meetings with the citizens of the third ward. “I would like to do this quarterly, and have it at different venues in and around the third ward.” Marconi said.
Also scheduled to attend the Town Meeting are City Manager Judy Gilleland, Economic Development Director Mike Robinette, Community Revitalization Director Doug Adkins and other city officials.
