Middletown Ducks Unlimited 24th Annual Sportsmen’s Banquet

Don’t miss the 24th Annual Outdoorsmen’s Banquet of the Middletown Chapter of Ducks Unlimited. The committee members of the Middletown Chapter of Ducks Unlimited would like to invite you to our annual Banquet. The Banquet is held in the Grand Ballroom of The Manchester Inn on Thursday, October 9, 2003. We are having an Open Bar from 5:45 to 7:45 pm and Dinner is served at 7:30 pm/ Last year’s Banquet was a big success. With your generous support and contributions the Middletown Chapter of Ducks Unlimited raised the fifth highest amount of money in the State of Ohio. We have been looking forward to this year’s banquet with great anticipation. With your unyielding support and generosity we hope to finish in the Top 100 Chapters in the Country again this year.

U.S. CONSERVATION PROGRAMS
• Total project acres in flyway: 3,257,227
• Total number of completed project deliveries in flyway: 17,150
• Amount spent to date on projects in flyway: $121,897,129
• Number of completed project deliveries in state: 319
• Total number of conserved acres in state: 70,527
• Amount spent to date on projects in state: $11,916,875
• Primary waterfowl species that benefit from DU’s efforts
include: Black Duck; Mallard; Wood Duck; Canvasback;
Redhead and Blue-Winged Teal.

STATE FUND-RAISING EFFORTS
• Total grassroots dollars raised in FY 2001/02: $1,218,177
• Number of committees in FY 2001/02: 73
• Number of fund-raising events in FY 2001/02: 106

FEDERAL DUCK STAMP SALES:
• 40,207 Federal Duck Stamps were sold in state during
the 2000/01 hunting season
