Motivation that Works
Tuesday, November 22, 2016 2:30:00 PM - Middletown Ohio

A local therapist by the name of Pamela J. Roark who works at Abilities First in Middletown has published quite a successful book on successful living. Ms. Roark’s book, titled Thoughts for Successful Living, can give you a much needed boost of motivation that you can use in the workplace or at home. Thoughts for Successful Living is a nationally recognized work and is sold both inside and outside of the United States.

Motivation That Works

Have you ever needed an extra boost of energy or motivation on the job or at home? Or could you use some help getting your creative and innovative thoughts flowing? Then you need to get a copy of Thoughts For Successful Living, a motivational/gift book by Pamela J. Roark of Middletown, Ohio.

The pocket-size book contains “unique quotes and thoughts on success, character, self-esteem, and more that will ‘energize’ you,” according to Ms. Roark, a freelance writer, independent publisher, and speaker. “It contains attitudes for success wherever you are in life.”

The book contains such thoughts as: “A hen is the only one who can lay around and still be a producer.” And “Man who say it cannot be done should not interrupt man doing it.” (Chinese Proverb)

More than 20,000 copies of the book have been sold since its release and has been sold both internationally and inside of the United States. The book is also being used by companies as an in-house motivational tool and/or gift to clients and business associates to show appreciation. A program to use the book as a fundraising tool has also been developed.

Ms. Roark has appeared on more than 20 radio and television programs to promote the book.

Ms. Roark won national recognition with her second place award in the Entrepreneur Direct Mail Advertising Contest and was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine.

“One of the thoughts in the book says, ‘What is a good idea worth if it’s not used?’ says Ms. Roark. “It is my hope that the contents of the book will encourage others to use their own good ideas and will cause them to become more creative, both professionally and personally”.
