News! Linda Fisler has been invited to paint with the
En Plein Air Masters in St. Andrews By the Sea in August. So--what is
En Plein Air Masters?
You can learn all about
the paint out and who is participating (as in the Master painters)
here, but in short the following nationally

As you can see by the bios
and photos on the sites, all the artists are extremely talented
and Linda is looking forward to the mentoring and camaraderie
during the paint out.
The painting posted above
has just been released to the gallery., It is called "Diane",
was done from a study Linda did plein air when
painting with Kevin Macpherson in Taos. The painting was done on the
grounds of another nationally known artist, Walt Gonske, home. "It was another great honor to
meet Walt and he was very patient with all of us." Fisler
said. "He even painted with us--although I haven't checked to
see if his painting of Diane has been added to his site. It was a
stunning painting!"
The study of "Diane" was
brought back to Linda's Middletown studio where she painted it on a
larger canvas. The original study was done on an 8X10 canvas
