As supporters of downtown revitalization, I thought that you'd like to
know about some of the activities that our new Middletown Homeownership
Partnership has already planned.
Beginning on Thursday, October 25th, the following four-part
Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Education curriculum will be held at the
Municipal Building, One Donham Plaza, in the 4th floor conference room
of the Planning Department:
October 25th - Part One (6:00 - 8:00 p.m.)
November 1st - Part Two (6:00 - 8:00 p.m.)
November 8th - Part Three (6:00 - 8:00 p.m.)
November 15th - Part Four (6:00 - 8:00 p.m.)
While there is no charge to attend these bi-monthly classes,
registration is required by calling (513) 868-9228 or 424-6888.
LifeSpan, Inc., a certified Consumer Credit Counseling Services
affiliate and member of the Middletown Homeownership Partnership, is
coordinating these classes.
For more information please contact Ruth
Atha, Certified Credit Counselor/Educator at (513) 867-7542. Assisting
in this effort is the Middletown Board of REALTORS as headed by Paul
Renwick, President, 424-9400 ext. 14 and Robin McNally French, Chase
Bank, 425-8489.
We look forward to any publicity that you may be able to provide as we
strive to increase the percentage of homeownership in Middletown.
