Public Health Week is April 4th thru the 10th
Wednesday, April 06, 2011 8:35:06 AM - Middletown Ohio

From Judy Gilleland

Your local health department is a leader in improving the health and well-being of your community. Thanks to Jackie Phillips and her staff for all that they do to ensure the health of our community.

The Middletown City Health Department collaborates with many partners throughout the city and county to offer and promote free screening opportunities!

It is a fact that 1 in 8 women born today will develop breast cancer. In an effort to make early detection more available to all women there has been mammography screening planned throughout our community:

TriHealth Women’s Health Van
Sat. April 9th 8:30-1:30pm
Stratford Heights Church of God
4419 Nelson Road
Middletown, OH 45042

The Jewish Hospital Mobile Mammography Van
Tuesday April 26th 8-12p
Primary Health Solutions
930 Ninth Avenue
Middletown, OH 45044

Remember the importance of knowing your numbers; free screening is available: Health and Wellness Event Free Screenings.

Saturday April 9th 10-2p
St. Phillips CME Church
1205 Lane Street
Hamilton, OH 45011
