No Tax Refund From The County

   OK- This is the last straw for me and the d-- clowns in Hamilton at the county office. Now, the Assistant Prosecutor (Roger Gates), is saying that because the public didn't file a complaint within the alloted timeframe, we will not get a refund of the ILLEGAL tax money collected from us since 1996. He freely admits that the commissioners at the time, levied an illegally collected tax BUT, due to the time frame, we won't get our money back. If we didn't know about the situation, how would we have known to file the complaints? This is not above board and was done without the public's knowledge. Now, along with our own city building, there is a need to gut the county building in Hamilton also. 

Sounds like a class action lawsuit against the county to me. Any law firms out there want to tackle this on behalf of the taxpayers? Possibly settle for the money plus interest accrued for 13 years, plus legal fees?      It would not be appropriate for me to discuss what I'd really like to do to these   's.

	Way to go Roger Gates ! The man of the hour ! Is he great or what ?!! Saving the county from having to refund a bunch of money to a bunch of low life property owners is brilliant ! I think Gates should get a very large pay raise,maybe just hand him the money that the property owners would have gotten back,yeah thats a good idea ! Wow ! We should have a proclamation and declare an emergency for a Roger Gates day !! Gotta love the guy !!
