Cops get new torture device

   The "Laser Tazer" is a new weapon being distributed to police departments now. The laser tazer emits a pulsing green light that cops will point at you in order to blind you .(albeit temporarily) It looks like a gun but emits only light. It can be used in daylight or at night time and it is effective up to 1 ½ miles away. The U.S. military is also getting the laser tazer.

So now not only can you get shot by a cop but,you'll also get the regular tazer and now you can get blinded by the laser tazer all at the same time. So criminals and un-patriotic people look out !!

But don't forget,their job is to protect & ______ (it used to be serve not sure what it is now)

	Police departments who implement this blinding light- get ready for the lawsuits. How do they know that it only causes temporary blindness? What happens when a person in accidently blinded on a permanent basis? How about when this is used on a person who is already in a compromising situation such as driving and has this activated, temporarily blinding them and causing a potential fatality?

	Vet - The issue was brought up about airplanes and lasers,you could potentially blind a pilot at 1½ miles high. My concern is the fact that we know cops abuse the tazers on people and now they can abuse them even further by this new device. Whats funny is the fact that the law says no citizen can be armed with anything unless you have a permit so why do cops need to be armed to the teeth against a supposedly unarmed citizen ? Carrying guns is enough for any cop but, to be armed with a gun,a tazer and now the laser ?? Plus the fact that most cops carry a shotgun and M16's. A Middeltown officer gave me a ride home once years ago and I told him it was awfully nice of him to do that,he said it was part of his job to serve. He said most cops have forgotten or were never taught that aspect of the job.
