Downtown an explosion? Hyperbole, a hoax, a dream. Last exit standing so that drives explosive growth? Give me a break. An explosion?
The only thing exploding downtown is hyper inflated ego's and the numbers of FOR LEASE signs springing up. You better watch out, you better not pout, you better not cry, and I'm telling you why: Cincinnaiti State someday, somehow, with one class, is coming to town---in about 5 years. |

You are a goof, an arm chair quarterback that doesn't know what you are talking about. Are you and V Moon married? |

M29,you are a Kool-aid drinker, a downtown/ city spin doctor, that carries the city water for 0% loans from city hall, and a dance at PAC with one of the Mulligan's.
Last exit standing- why? Because Middletown is avoided by everyone including Cin State. The deal is a hoax. This is version 4.0 of downtown restoration. Recall V.2.0, the Mall with the roof, upscale, a destination? Failure, gone. C State will have a recruiting office for its Cincinnati campus only. No one is buying the pontification of the revival of downtown. Its sole purpose is to stabilize Main Street. Construction? The only construction will be putting up Cin State banners on poles downtown and having a recruiting office for the main Cincinnati campus. Levity with coffee, thanks M29, what a start to the day. The only reason for the talk, legislation and "activity" downtown is that you cannot get federal $$ to play around with the i-75 east end area. You can only do it in an urban "core" poverty area.
