It seems that the TV Middletown building, 1131 Central Ave., has been sold to an investor who plans to convert the property into a restaurant and retail space,

Nice locally connected new owner
As long as the area is being taken over by younger business people returning to improve the community and use their own $$$, we may progress

Any word on the selling price?
