   Part of the Middletown mall sold for $8.3 million to a Florida real estate group that has been expanding its portfolio in the Dayton region.
Phoenicia Development, headquartered in Orlando, bought a 111,020-square-foot section of the Towne Mall Galleria, where Gabe's opened in the former Dillard's department store.
