According to Butler County records today, title to the former senior citizens center property at 140 N. Verity has not yet been transferred to Mike Allen Real Estate Holdings LLC (proposed BMW Motorcycle Shop). Does anyone have any new information on the status of this latest city-subsidized deal?

I've been looking at the same information for two months now - nothing seems to change. The deal, as it was framed to me when it was passed, was ready to close immediately upon the vote....
