Notice the total lack of emotion on the cats part.....no concern at all...hahahahahaha.

From my observations of the evidence presented the cat, and from here on will be referred to as MENACE has deliberately caused the TV/monitor to fall directly onto the subjects head and as you will see then causes the standing guitar to fall in a guillotine like action barely missing the subject. The perpetrator, aka MENACE shows a total lack of regard and exhibits no emotion nor concern what so ever towards it's intended victim.
 
 I therefore find that the cat, aka MENACE is guilty on all charges and shall be sentenced for no less than 5 days without toys, given only food & water and some treats. Case closed !
