Below, is a recent photo that I took that displays an "asphalt patch" in the middle of a concrete sidewalk. Recently, I have seen dozens of these asphalt patches sprinkled in with our normal, concrete sidewalks. Someone please tell me that these are "temporary" and will be replaced with concrete once construction is completed.
