QUESTIONS....

(d) Accept and Award as Lowest and Best Bid Tabulations for purchases of:

Three Ford Focus’ from Interstate Ford in the amount of $48,225

WHAT ARE THESE CARS GOING TO BE USED FOR?

(f) Authorize an employment contract with Dave Tieman as a seasonal worker under the title of Golf Director

SALARY TO BE PAID IS HOW MUCH?

c) Confirm Personnel Transactions:

Appointment: Assistant Finance Director – Barbara Centers

IS THIS TO REPLACE A RETIRED PERSON OR SOMEONE LEFT? WHY DO WE NEED AN ASSISTANT FINANCE DIRECTOR? JOB TOO MUCH FOR THE FINANCE DIRECTOR?

7. MOTION AGENDA

(a) Appoint Joe Mulligan as a non-voting Council Representative to Downtown Middletown, Inc.

DID DOWNTOWN MIDDLETOWN INC ASK FOR THIS?

why wood we want our city manager to enter into ANY contract for widening ANY road in this town. Have we forgotten the last time she did a contract for street work. Cost us hundreds of thousands extra because she doesn't know how to negotiate a contract. Leave it to the engineers that actually know what questions to ask and what to look for in negotiations.

What's a POOL FUND? We don't have a pool left in this town, thanks to Judy.
