If you watch the video you you will understand the frustration of the neighbors, evidently they also blocked the city drain in their back yard so now it floods their yard now.

So ask one of the neighbors of 80-90 Nutmeg Court if they would rather move to and live in Middletown.

I'd rather live next door to one eccentric than live in a failed city.

And your attitude is why I'd live in Middletown over Lebanon any day of the week.
