Receptionist

  • Greet visitors and customers
  • Answer the phone and screen calls
  • Guide callers to the right person or department
  • Take down and forward messages
  • Provide information (e.g. price quotes, links, social media)

Duties

  • Receive and distribute mail
  • Supervise office maintenance
  • Receive payments and make out receipts
  • Update  QuickBooks and various other databases
  • Assist with accounting and sales personnel
  • Participate in Company Social Marketing Initiatives

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some college a plus

Skills

  • Proficient in Email, Social Media and Search Skills
  • Good written communication skills
  • Good phone sills
  • Good typing skills

Profile

  • Good Appearance
  • Energetic
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Punctual
  • Organized
  • Thorough

Pay and Benefits

  • Full or Part Time
  • Starting full time $20,800 - $25,000v
  • Starting pay part time $10 - $12 hr.
