Recruiting Drive Contest

What Is It:
The MiddletownUSA Forum Recruiting Drive is a contest designed to help build membership and conversation about Middletown, Ohio and the community. We will be giving entries into the contest for various means of participation (as described below) and on May 1, 2009 at 12:00PM, we will draw and announce the contest winner.

The Prize:
MiddletownUSA Forum Recruiting Drive will give away one Sharp BluRay Disc Player (AQUOS BD PLAYER).

How To Enter:
Entering the contest is simple. All you need to do is be a MiddletownUSA.com Forum member (Join Here) and post! You will receive entries into the contest for doing all of the following:

One Entry will be given for each post you make on the forum¹.
Five Entries will be given for each new member you recruit who makes 5 (or more) posts^2,4.
Five Entries will be given to each new member recruited who makes 5 (or more) posts^3,4.

How Many Entries Can I Have:
You can have as many entries as you can earn (see above). There is no cap or maximum number of entries for this contest.

How Will The Winner Be Chosen:
All entries will be sorted randomly and a computer will randomly select one winner.

When does the contest run:
The contest will run from March 13, 2009 at 2:30 PM until May 1, 2009 at 11:59 AM.

Contest Rules:

The contest is open to all Legal US Residents over the age of 18 who currently reside in one of these Ohio counties: Butler, Hamilton, Montgomery, Preble, or Warren. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of MiddletownUSA.com and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that MiddletownUSA.com may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize.
By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which MiddletownUSA.com may deem appropriate.
This contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws.
MiddletownUSA.com reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
Winners must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by MiddletownUSA.com acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.
MiddletownUSA.com retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

¹ - posts must contain content relevant to the thread and/or discussion. Any posts deemed inappropriate by the MiddletownUSA.com staff will be removed and disqualified.
² - recruited members must make 5 posts before the contest deadline in order for their referrer to receive his or her entries
³ - recruited members must make 5 posts before the contest deadline in order to receive his or her entries
⁴ - to qualify as a "recruited member", members must enter their referrer's username upon signup
