A server failure occurred at about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday, according to Troy Anderton, the city’s information systems manager. The website was partially restored by 7:30 p.m. to enable people to pay their income taxes and water bills. A function to download tax documents was restored at 8 a.m. today, according to Anderton. City income taxes must be filed by midnight tonight. Anderton said the outage was not caused by users downloading city tax forms. |

Good timing!  Not to worry. I'm sure the city, as honest as they are, won't consider a penalty for a late filing due to a glitch in their system..........or would they?  ------------- I'm so proud of my hometown and what it has become. Recall 'em all. Let's start over. |
