The Studio will cost some really big bucks to demo because it is flled with abestos. Yes, Vivian Moon was so insightful in forecasting the eventual $327,900 cost of demolition/asbestos abatement for the Strand/Studio Theater that's now underway. OOOPS, somehow I forgot about the  "senior city staff mismanagement" that's boosted the total cost by $157,100 to a robust $485,000.  Thanks taxpayers!
