I have used shatter-proof glass for years(it works!), and my glass co. Keeps a spare on hand(that I have already purchased).
It is incredibly bad out there now, with smaller places without video/alarms being hit nightly. Plus increased home invasions/break-ins/burglaries. Be pro-active-- call police at the first sign of suspicious activity--if you have a stranger on your property, call police immediately. It will only get worse unfortunately--there are too many crooks out there with nothing to lose, and little being done to them when apprehended. |

Always gets worse at Christmas time. The criminals out shopping. Picking up a few things for Christmas. Probably needs a little extra cssh. Maybe pick up a few things to fence for extra cash.

Petty crimes should be handled more harshly before the criminal escalates.
A stolen candy bar thrill can quickly escalate to much larger and dangerous targets. I was a victim of a home invasion, it was indescribably violating. They stole my car as well to get away. Throw the stiffest punishments right from the start. They should buy their own stuff just like the rest of us. proud pit bull owner now :)
