Lefferson Road residents state that SK Construction is out of business and that no work has been done on the street since early December.
Who will be completing this project and at what price to the tax payers?

I think Barrett won the bid for the project, and SK was subcontracted to do the water and sewer.

SK Construction closed abruptly a few weeks ago when it couldn't meet payroll....
