I think Ohio as a whole is in trouble. The cities,the state itself is in a mess. The politicians can only see dollar signs as a way out. Look at Cincinnati,they are pushing a street car program and for what ? I agree with Tom Luken,it's a boondoggle just like high speed rail. It is not the answer for the inner dieing cities.
