If you slept through the rain and thunder last night you are a better sleeper than I. The storm has knocked out power to just over 7,000 homes in butler county. Add the red light outage's along with flooding around town made the drive to work a slow one.
I did make one stop on the way in this morning on Roosevelt Ave. the area next to fire station and AK steel is or was flooded and crews from the city were out early trying to fix the problem. Here are the pictures I snapped, but they really do not do justice to how much water was actually there. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

That was a heck of a rainstorm. Looks like lots without power and flash flooding is in all the usual places.
