   Marty Kohler. Wow, there's a name from the past that is haunting. Glad to see he is out of the picture. Did so much damage to this city using his little tactics along the way. Got a kick on his "self important" attitude on the little Architecture board trying to tell downtown property owners how their homes should look. Another black eye for the Gilleland Administration I believe.
