I should have known it was coming,but actually it caught me off guard. Now banks are instituting a dress code for patrons. The FBI claims it will cut down on robberies,yeah right.
 
Another episode of  "Stupid is as stupid does" in America.

Yeah I can see it in the middle of winter you need to leave your winter hooded jacket in the car and put on your spring windbreaker when it is 5 degrees out just to go into the bank.  Brilliant on the part of the banks and FBI.

Where does the stupidity & ignorance end ? The people who come up with these ideas are highly educated people. How can anyone with such an IQ be so stupid ?
