   For those of you that  have not had a chance to see the new writer for the Journal, the reporter taking Mr. Richter's place, here you go. He too was at last nights city council meeting. I have not had the chance to meet him yet.....but soon.

	What does he need a computer for, all he has to do is wait for the city talking points and press releases and send them to the editor. He doesn't look to happy to be there. :)
