QUESTION #1:
Name all known "OPEN & PRODUCTIVE COLLABORATIONS" of the past 18 months where the senior City of Middletown staff have "PARTNERED" with local housing professionals, concerned target area residents, etc. in promoting "EXPANDED HOMEOWNERSHIP and REINVESTMENT" in declining and/or vulnerable neighborhoods?
QUESTION #2: Over the past 18 months how effective have the policies/programs of the "ALL-KNOWING" senior City of Middletown staff been in strategically (and effectively) improving declining and/or vulnerable neighborhoods?  What's the impact of their expenditures of "MILLIONS in HUD FUNDS" in successfully halting the decline of home ownership, stimulating private sector residential property reinvestment, etc.??  Maybe additional pay raises are in order for senior Community Revitalization Department staff?? |
