Middletown Mayor Lawrence P. Mulligan, Jr. has scheduled the Annual State of the City Address for March 10, 2009 at 6:00 P.M. It will be held in the auditorium on the 5th floor of Atrium Medical Center, Atrium Boulevard, Middletown, Ohio.
The meeting is open to the public and citizens are invited and encouraged to attend.
