I have also seen a noticeable increase in business lately, and even Open Houses are doing better! I am happy to hear some positive news about the Real Estate industry.Big%20smile

In 2008 Coldwell sold 514 homes and in 2007 only sold 494 homes. Coldwell has an advantage to selling homes since they are based in Middletown. Since they are in Middletown it gives them access to the Cincinnati and Dayton real estate. Ohio has been continuing to get hit by the housing slump.
