She said the organization does not pay rent for the space but that it was provided as part of the city’s partnership with Middfest.</P><P>Gilleland was not available for comment this afternoon.</P><A name=jump></A><P =perma>&nbsp;</P><!--   div --><SPAN =clearer>&nbsp;</SPAN> </DIV>]]>
