I agree, EXCEPT for the pinheads who complain about the anonymity of others while they, themselves remain anonymous.  If one is going to criticize others for anonymity, grammar, spelling, or whatever...then that one should be judged twice as harshly if guilty of the same actions.

At least in my case, I just got tired of hearing (or reading) comments from City Hall that they don't read "Sound Off" or internet blogs because "anyone can say anything while hiding their identity."  (Actually, more offensive terms were used.)  I simply wanted to take that excuse away from them, at least in my case.  Middletonians are justified in fearing their City Hall, and most can easily be penalized using underhanded methods.  I am much less vulnerable than most Middletonians (having no local business or employment ties), and I believe what I say and would say the same in public, so I decided to speak openly.  It has NOTHING to do with ego.
