What happens to the money if unspent at the end of the 5 years ?<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>And my next question is, does anyone know for a fact that this money is in the account ? (if of course it wasn't spent already)</DIV>]]>

City Hall has stubbornly allowed CBDG funds to go UNSPENT from year to year.</P><P>6. City Hall has channeled CBDG funds towards middle to upper income residents for “beautification” and “restoration” projects that have increased their property values.</P><P>7.
