Mr. Smith did nothing wrong, the case was just dismissed.

The only person this reflects poorly on is Mr. Soppanish, he's shown everyone what a petty, classless campaign he's running.

Don't know if this was a wise move on Mr. Soppanish's part. Mr. Smith did work for the Obama campaign and the photos are probably genuine. If I were a 2nd Ward resident, I would be more interested in what the two men want to do for my ward and my city than who Mr. Smith was using in his campaign literature. Showing Mr. Smith with Obama doesn't matter in relation to what he can or can't do for the city as a councilperson.
