Congratulations on getting the job done. You seem to have been successful in attaining nearly all that you set out to do. It will be much easier (and less expensive) now that you will only have to bankroll FIVE campaigns for city council per cycle instead of SEVEN.

However, there are still avenues available to THE PEOPLE to revive the 5 versus 7 issue. Did you know that this VERY council could put a Charter amendment BACK on the ballot in a “swan song” move before their terms expire? It would certainly be a way for Mr. Marconi to keep extra seats available to him.

As far as me showing up at meetings, it IS a “pain” (pun intended) to do so, but that hasn’t stopped me yet, but it might make my appearances more infrequent. Just be assured that whether or not I appear has NOTHING do with either veiled or open threats from anonymous sources such as yourself.

Also, congratulations to all the winners!!! Please do your best to represent the people’s best interest. To the runners-up, thank you for your efforts and for bringing some of the issues into the open.
