I stopped by the Expo after I left the office, there was indeed a nice turn out given the time of day. I meet a lot of business owners. I do agree that might have attracted more had it been held on a Saturday or had the hours run a little into the evening.

Just read the Journal article on the Chamber Expo at MUM. Sounded like it was a nice event for the community. 800 people attended. Sounds like Dillman's chicken was in demand.

Observation: Was this event adequately publicized in the Journal? Don't remember reading much about it.

The hours of noon to 4PM were not the most ideal for us folks who work during the day....especially those who work out of town. Would have been nice to have had this on a Saturday or to have extended the hours to 7PM to catch us dayshifters who get back into town after 4:30PM. Might have attracted more with the inclusion of the day shift workers.

Sounds like they had a great selection and best of all....it was free.

Perhaps the organizers will give more thought to the hours of operation to increase participation next time.
