They pulled a petition, gathered&nbsp; the&nbsp; number of signatures required to put the issue on the ballot (even though it was dis-qualified and then qualified again???) and had success in changing the local political landscape. Why would that option not <br>be possible with the proposed school funding amendment?]]>

But to keep it all on an even till everyone pays. </strong>]]>
