    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.middletownusa.com/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=358">wasteful</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3040<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> Jun&nbsp;15&nbsp;2010 at 7:48am<br /><br />Not in Middletown.&nbsp; I have also not talked to anyone that doesn't agree that Middletown is going to lag far behind the rest of SW Ohio and Butler County&nbsp;when any recovery comes, just a fact of the way city leadership has taken the City in the last 5 years is going to cause a huge lag for most of the city.&nbsp; Poverty reins supreme in Middletown, hence businesses will avoid it for the most part.]]>
