If the deal falls through, no one gets paid, which is incentive for the person in the middle to bust butt and make sure everything works out.  Doesn't seem to be the case here.]]>

A transfer of $70,000 from Personal to “other” will enable the department to use money currently allocated for personnel to a short term contractual service being used to facilitate Cincinnati State negotiations and other economic.</FONT></P></BLOCKQUOTE><P><FONT size=2>One can only assume that this is Mr. Pratt’s fee for his work on we taxpayers’ behalf (<img src="http://www.middletownusa.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="LOL" />) with Cincinnati State.</FONT></P></SPAN>]]>
